All NurSupps products ship exclusively within the United States. We currently do not ship internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak periods or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Opened products: May qualify for a partial refund or exchange at our discretion if the product is defective or does not match its description
  • Damaged or incorrect items: Full refund or replacement at no additional cost , we cover return shipping

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the product back to us using the provided return address
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Method
