All NurSupps products ship exclusively within the United States. We currently do not ship internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak periods or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
- Unopened products: Full refund (minus return shipping costs)
- Opened products: May qualify for a partial refund or exchange at our discretion if the product is defective or does not match its description
- Damaged or incorrect items: Full refund or replacement at no additional cost , we cover return shipping
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@nursupps.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the product back to us using the provided return address
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscribe & Save orders can be cancelled, paused, or modified at any time before the next billing date. Log in to your account or email us at support@nursupps.com.
