4. Orders and Fulfillment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. Orders are fulfilled by our manufacturing and shipping partner. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5-10 business days. We ship to US addresses only.

5. Subscribe and Save Program

Our Subscribe and Save program offers a 15% discount on recurring orders. Subscriptions are automatically renewed each billing cycle (monthly). You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account page or by contacting us at support@nursupps.com. Cancellation takes effect before the next billing cycle.

6. Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively within the United States. Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Opened products may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.
